The Fazer Food Services’ Future Food Trend Report 2019 included a digital trend report, as well as content for social media including short videos highlighting the largest trends in the report, such as foodtech, plant-based proteins, personalised nutrition and the next generation of farming. The trend report was based on editorial research, as well as interviews with researchers, chefs and food experts and two consumer surveys made by YouGov data.
